Returns Policy

In the rare case that you would need to make a return, please follow these simple instructions.

For Cancellations, please refer to the section under Payment Policy.

Returns Due to Shipping Damage:

Examine your package immediately upon receipt. Please refuse the package if there is obvious damage(badly damaged box etc.) If damage is found, let us know and we will have the item picked up and replaced immediately at our expense.

Returns Due to Our Error:

We will have the incorrect item picked up and replaced immediately at our expense.


In both cases, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of damaged/incorrect item, by e-mail. Our e-mail address is; countrydecor @sbcglobal.net.
In both cases, in the rare case the item is no longer available, we will refund your purchase, including shipping.



All others:

Returns must be authorized; kindly e-mail your request within 5 days of receipt of merchandise to: countrydecor@sbcglobal.net.

You can always call us on the phone if you wish (in addition to the e-mail) as we are always ready to discuss concerns with a customer.


Once authorization is given, kindly ship the item back to our store, insured, in original packaging and in undamaged condition. Once the return is received, we will process your refund within 3 working days.

If the return is not due to damage or error, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. All shipping charges are the responsibility of customer and are non refundable.


If you wish to have a store credit, or order another item of equal or greater value, the restocking fee will be waived.


Again, in all cases, returns must be in new condition, in the original packaging, with the insert slips in the packaging. In the case of Bedding items, all the above as well as in unused, unwashed condition, with all labels in tact.


Any items that are NOT in the correct packaging, or in new condition as described above will be charged a 50% restocking fee.
